Lime honey

Linden honey is a type of unifloral honey, among the most common on the Italian peninsula and is produced throughout almost the entire territory. The color can be from clear to slightly amber, liquid or partially crystallized, with coarse grain, in fact it has large and irregular crystals. It has an intense, aromatic, almost mentholated smell, reminiscent of the typical one of lime flowers, with a refreshing, medium sweet and slightly acidic flavour.
